As a Team Leader for our Meat Department, you will:

• Work with personnel management, planning, and follow-up within your area of responsibility.
• Coordinate resources and ensure that skills are used effectively to achieve set goals.
• Be responsible for creating a good economy for the department.
• Contribute to offering a fresh and inspiring meat department.
• Actively work in the store and meat department, which requires you to be creative and inspired by meeting and developing other people.
• Collaborate with your colleagues to create a pleasant, efficient, and sales-oriented work environment.

You will report to the Fresh Goods Sales Manager, who also has personnel responsibility for the department.

Our stores are open every day of the year, so working evenings and weekends is a natural part of the store work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education.
• Has several years of retail experience in a supervisory position within the field of fresh goods and meat/cutting.
• Has very good knowledge of fresh goods.
• Has good knowledge of store economics, sales, and personnel management.
• Possession of a journeyman's certificate and/or master's certificate in fresh goods in-store, as well as experience handling larger volumes, is an advantage.
• Is a team player and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
